Nine great stories in one adventure!
A little lion goes hunting for a wonderful plant and discovers himself.
In Eamon Nancarrow’s second book 'Liono the little lion who loves flowers' you’ll find a charming collection of stories that will make people laugh, ponder about life’s encounters and just maybe bring a tear to your eye.
Featuring characters like 'Petie the Pole Cat' and 'Charlie the Cheetah' this engaging tale was inspired by the drawings of Eamon’s five year old son Teelin, who spent many happy hours sketching scenes that starred his favourite cuddly toy ‘Liono’.
Together father and son have created an adventure that revolves around Liono's feelings about being different: his mane is not the same colour, he would rather play with the other animals instead of hunting them and he just loves flowers.
When his mum tells him of a bloom that is named after lions, Liono feels compelled to find it.
And so starts a journey that will appeal to children who have started reading short stories and those who still enjoy being read to.
Pre-orders are now being taken. Expect delivery late June, early July if not earlier.
